First play date with Caleb

We had dinner with our good friends Chris and Tish Reed and thier little guy Caleb who is 8 weeks younger than Reagan. We had a great time and the two babies enjoyed checking each other out. The two I am sure will be trouble together one day!!

A new trick

Reagan has been working on her ability to sit up on her own. She is doing a pretty good job especially when she has her boppy around her. It will not be long before she is sitting up and playing with all her toys.

Thanksgiving

We did a lot of celebrating with family for Thanksgiving. It was very enjoyable to have lots of good food and time with family!! Here are a few of the highlights...

Hanging out with my Dad

Yes, we had a few snow showers on Thanksgiving so Katlyn had to take Reagan out side to see the snow flakes.

Checking out Rob's dad.
The girl's in my family always go shopping the day after Thanksgiving more than anything to check out all the crazy people trying to get good deals. Reagan got to experience the fun with us for a few hours. We converted her stroller into a cart and she went along for a fun ride!

Hands

I have been fascinated by hands lately. I look at Reagan's hands and try to imagine what God's plan is for her life and what she will be doing in her lifetime with her hands for His kingdom! Hands can also be so healing in so many ways. A few weeks ago one of my dear friends shared that she is fighting breast cancer. The ladies group that I am in with this friend got together and put our hands on her to pray for her during this difficult time. At lunch we all painted our hands and put them on paper as something for Carol to look at as she is going through this journey. She can look at it and remember this powerful time together and also have our hands there whenever she needs our support. It was such an amazing experience and I had to share the picture.

Trip to Orlando

Last week Reagan and I took a trip with my mom and Teona to Orlando Florida. Reagan did so well as a little traveler and it was hard to believe how much you have to pack for such a small person!! Here are some of the highlights...

On the airplace ride there she did wonderful. Took a little nap, looked out the window, laughed at mommy, etc.

We spent a little time on Disney World property. We did not acutally go into the parks but did everything that is free - downtown disney, eat at several of the hotels, rode the monorail, and visited the shops. It is so much fun to just explore the disney properties and really feel like you had a disney experience without having to go into the parks.

Reagan also got her first Mickey Mouse which is in love with. I gave it to her in the store and when it came time to check out she screamed when I took it from her. Here she is checking him out for the first time.

We spent a little bit of time at the pool but not much since it rained a lot while we were there. Here is Reagan all ready to go in her swimsuit and cover up.

But as you can see she never got to get her suit wet, instead she thought it was nap time!

A trip to Florida would not be complete without a visit to the ocean. It was pretty winding and rainy so we did not stay long but we got a feet sandy aleast.

We traveled home on Halloween so Reagan got dressed up. The hat did not last very long.

After a long trip we both caught up on a few zzz on the flight home.
Reagan and I had a great vacation but were very happy to get home and see Rob. We all went over to my mom's house to pass out candy and see all of the kids dressed up.
